What is Perkeso Health Screening Program?
The Health Screening Program (HSP) offers FREE health screenings to eligible employees for early detection of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and heart disease risk.
Who is Eligible for PERKESO Health Screening?
To be eligible for the PERKESO Health Screening Program, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Malaysian citizen
- Aged between 40 and 59 years old
- An active contributor to PERKESO under the Invalidity Scheme with at least one (1) contribution in the current year
- Has a minimum of 12 months of contributions under the Invalidity Scheme
- Has not undergone health screening under the PERKESO Health Screening Program before

Book your PERKESO Health Screening through the SEHATI PERKESO application. Complete the questionnaires in the app, then visit our clinic with your booking confirmation.

- MyKad (Malaysian identity card)

- Any previous health screening records (if available)
Fasting for 8 hours is recommended but not mandatory.
